Were does everyone get there chest pains

I havent posted in awhile, I hqve been doing great copying so well, but the last 3 maybe 4 days have been bad with chest pains but not really anything else, it happens a few times a day like a stabbing pain for qbout 5 seconds maybe 10 seconds. Location is about 2 inches right of left nippe and 2 inches up. Does anyone else get pains here. I know part of my heart is in that area and suffering with servere health anxiety is making my mind race.

It's most probably muscular tension chest pain, a common symptom of health anxiety. But just to be sure talk to your doctor and ask for an ECG/EKG.

He or she will find nothing wrong with your heart. Believe them. Accept that it's Health Anxiety and address the cause not one of the symptoms.
