Hi! I will like to received some feed back, I have been battling with anxiety for almost two weeks. When my anxiety level goes way high I start thinking that the worst is going to happen. I get afraid to get worse and I don’t like to have scary thoughts.

Take some deep breaths and try not to fight the anxiety. I know how difficult that is but the distraction often works for me. I also chose a very long poem to memorize and that helps too. Exercise and meditation.
My psychiatrist also prescribed Xanax which he has me on regularly.
All of that makes it manageable for me.
Change your thoughts. Instead of thinking things are going to get worse ask yourself "what if they get better?" "What if I stop being afraid?"" What if I am ok?"
thats where i am at present~trying to prevent worst~yet no=one believes you as it does not suit their agenda
I'm so sorry you feeling overwhelmed. Get out in nature, breathe deep from God's great earth, take off your shoes and touch the earth to get grounded, it helps emotions stabilize a lot. Take magnesium to calm your mind body and spirit and ginseng to get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop. Also, watch or listen to something really funny, humor heals. <3 All these things will help you relax and not be anxious. <3
