Sometimes life chooses us. Circumstances choose us. We do-not always choose them or it

That is what has helped me feel less shame like maybe all the suffering I go through is not my fault.

I sometimes blame myself. Like it’s my fault because I was so messed up when I was younger. It’s like no. I was born and trashed life then, I responded to the world in such a way and I have changed however, I Donot do drugs or stuff anymore so I feel the anxiety and shit 💯 percent. And I donot do shit to deserve it.

I’m so tired 😓 of learning in school that it’s all in our head. Including pain we feel. Even though it’s literally true lol.

Shit happens to us that we donot choose. It chose us.
