What are you proud of?

I am proud of being a mom to 3 beautiful girls

I am proud of sticking with therapy, even when I don't want to. And being honest with my therapist. That I'm a fighter (like that better than survivor)... yes it's hard & I hate dealing with of the past... but I can do it.

On a lighter note, I am proud I got my vote in. Even researched on ballot stuff, I didn't know about.

I'm proud that I'm trying to self regulate all my emotions and I'm not letting some of the people around me and their actions cause me to become suicidal and run off to a psychiatric ward that never helps anyways. I just get away from the triggers and hang out at my local coffee shop.

I used to teach those with autism. They are special people alright! I hold a place in my heart for those with special needs.

Ok, something else to be proud of: I just started the renewal process of mine and my husband's residence permits! We have to do this every two years and it's a pain.

I’ll say I’m proud that my procrastination tendencies here lately has been much better, it’s caused me some very productive days.

I of course am proud mom, grandma and wife. That’s a given so I guess it also belongs on the gratitude list. 🌺💜
