This is my teddy bear 🧸 I got him on clearance. My fiancé gave him the name of Helix. I think it’s a good name for an alien 👽 bear 😂

I love tea as well! I drink almost exclusively herbal teas & there are quite a few that help with anxiety! Yogi tea has one called Kava that I highly recommend!
