I would say fruit and....... I'm assuming we can catch fish on this island? Probably no refrigeration so the yogurt will have to stay home... there will be no ☕️ how about I bring the sweets ? Lol

This gave me a chuckle this morning. Dolphin sharing the milkduds. Yeah I'm on board with the fruit and I believe you can get your drink from a coconut and it's also a fruit? I guess I would go with the nuts too as there should be berries there already.

I’d take carbs and.carbs. I try to stick to the complex variety but I am an absolute carb hound 🐶
Initially, I would take vegetables and nuts. Since you said it would be on an island, I’m assuming we would be exposed to a lot of sun for our vitamin C, D, etc. Vegetables would furnish essential carbs,vitamins and minerals. Nuts are a great idea since they wouldn’t perish as fast as other forms of protein and good when we have days when we don’t have luck with a rod and reel. When the vegetables perish because of lack of refrigeration, I’m hoping the island can provide some form of seaweed?😁🏄♀️

Well for me, definitely some bottled water!!! I drink tons of water and really it's good for you even though you might have to run to the bathroom sometimes. I'd love to bring a big Caesar salad, some lettuce and chicken and Caesar dressing, mmm!!! And I really am not a snobby person, but I happen to like Perrier water. No sugar, but you still get the fizzy drink. I think I'm getting hungry right now.🙂

It's always really better to drink water than soda pop if you can help it. It's good to limit sugar, not just so you don't get diabetes, better for your teeth too. Okay, so much for my healthy eating lecture here. I'd share some of my Caesar salad with you if I could have some Milk Duds too!!!🙂
We could just have a picnic on the desert island. Maybe we wouldn't survive very long, but it would be fun!!!
