Help me I’m having a panic attack

I think I’m having a panic attack, can’t breathe, feel sick and fuzzy headed, don’t know what to do, I feel so unwell and shaky, haven’t been well all week, been to a&e twice this week, had test and bloods done and they were ok, don’t want to end up there again. Please help any input would be good
