I talk about my anxiety and you would be surprised who are experiencing it too. I just feel better by putting it out there and letting them know I am human.

I just held a conversation with my boss, it helped knowing she too had anxious moments and that i just needed to focus on the task at hand without worrying about repercussions of getting something wrong

Yes! It’s been so tough throughout this whole thing. My anxiety and almost constant panic is surrounding my physical health (which is fine). Amazing what our anxiety can create, huh? I’m sorry you’re struggling right now. My best advice is to have a plan for when the intrusive thoughts start. That’s what my therapist always says. Whenever I feel them creeping in, I try to challenge them right away. Good luck and I hope you have a good day!
