Crashing after a high

Does anyone have emotional highs when having a good time and then after it’s over completely crashing and becoming depressed over it?

Yeah, I go shopping (I've been told this is my "high" by a therapist), even if it's just grocery shopping and then I get very depressed and down when I get home. I also have other highs and lows. I am on Abilify for Bipolar but actually read that it causes impulse shopping (I shop a lot, online too) and it does not work for my highs and lows. Going to ask my Psych about Vraylar. Check it out.

Yes, and I'm tired of it. The highs last anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour at a time. They end like a someone switching off a light switch and it's exhausting!!

I subconsciously talk myself out of happiness because I feel like being happy makes me a target so I try not to exhibit joy
