Health anxiety at a new high

Just when I feel I'm not having as much anxiety it starts again.... Does anyone ever have weird vision issues.... Like seeing lines, when looking at electronics then looking away seeing the lights still, seeing the electronic pixals when looking hard at the screen or light?

Yes, my vision gets blurry and I see black lines squiggle but the dr says eyes are fine....

I just had like a moment the other day where I was watching TV and looking at my phone in a dark room and suddenly I saw white squiggle lines on the wall... Then I swear every since I can see like the pixels in electronics and weird things.... I also do have optical migraines sometimes but usually it's more tunnel vision.... Of course Dr Google now has me convinced it's a brain tumor....🙄 I'm not being able to eat or sleep I'm so worked up...

That’s normal, it can take the light receptive cells in the back of your eye a little while to turn back to normal. I’ve had it where it’s taken a good few minutes

Have you ever been looking at electronics and could see like the actual tiny lights or pixels?

Yes, if I look hard enough. It’s probably the anxiety making you analyse it more.

that's actually normal to see a ghost image when you look away from a light source....I have a degenerative eye condition that makes straight lines look curved in one eye, and the other is fine...so my vision is wonky from that. But also migraines can sometimes play on your vision.
