High norepinephrine

I need advice on this. Ive has alot of blood testing done lately and want to know if anyone has had elevated norepinephrine levels. Doc says could be causing my high blood pressure. I dont take much anxiety meds anymore aside from lorazepam sometimes.

Sorry for your problem, have you talked to a psychiatrist, someone who may be able to throw some light on the situation. Have you gone on line and read about this issue? Does high blood pressure run in your family? Check out your diet are you getting too much salt? Go on line and read up about high blood pressure. Older age can make out BP go up. Do you get regular exercise, that can help keep it down. Cannot think of anything else right now, I wish you well and hope you find some answers. Sending love n hugs......

Ive read alot about it. Talked to doctors currently seeing a few. High bp runs on my dads side. I feel like its up and down. Lately ive been really healthy living. I workout 3 or 4 times a week. Im a big guy but im 28yrs. for awhile i didnt workout because i got busy. Just curious if anyone has experienced this. Theres only so much you can look into naturally.

My test total is also a bit low but i think i can get that up. I just have no idea how to reduce my norepinephrine
