Does anyone else have nightmares cause by anxiety?

I try not to eat before bed and no coffee or tea etc and always have a drink of water. It’s definitely made them less frequent.

I did have a stress relax tea last night I dont take it often so maybe that was it. The tea

Yes, I’ve always had horrible nightmares - people look at me like I’m crazy when I talk about it.

Yes, and when I have bad nightmares, I get anxiety and can't sleep.

Same here i feel sick from anxiety this morning

Yeah, they are horrible, and the morning after is hard to bear too.

I'm amazed at how creative they can be...
