Hi, i am new here. This is the first time I have done anything like this. Normally i just journal. I don’t know where to begin. I suffer from severe depression and most days are really hard for me. I’m not sure what i am suppose to do here. Any suggestions would be great

Today isn’t as bad as others.. but even the not so bad days are still bad

Its been going on since 2012, but has increasingly getting worse

Have you seen a doctor to see what they recommend? Meds suck, I'm on Zoloft. But I'm wayyyy better on something than when I'm not. Do you have any outlets beside journaling that you can try to maybe ease some of the depression?

No I haven’t, i cant get my mind to quit, especially when its quiet, i don’t sleep much either

It's okay if you can't get your mind to quit. Practice with meditation will help.

Try a mantra, like "It is okay" and keep repeating it in your mind. It helps me. ♡
