I know what it feels like, you just wake up anxious, have that feeling in the stomach, I suggest you try some mindfulness meditation!

I suffered badly for months a few years back and it still likes to visit me at times .
Yeah. It happens with me too sometimes. I do my deep breathing exercises as suggested by doctor. That makes it better.
Every single morning I wake in a panic. Like you, no real thoughts, just panic and the desire to be back asleep. I think of every excuse possible to not take the kids to school, not go to work etc and just not get up. Sometimes I do that and then just feel worse when I eventually wake up. I hate it so much. I call it my 'morning voice' and that I have to fight it. It is exhausting though, sometimes it 'half wins' like today - I have just done the school run in my PJ's and I will be really late to work by the time I am dressed. I'm sorry I don't know how to help you, but maybe knowing that we are not alone helps a little bit? I think other posters have some brilliant suggestions x
