Me and my situation

Hi everyone I'm Tracy, 42. I would like to help anyone, especially female teenagers, as I have alot of knowledge and experience. I tried to join shout but I don't have the time the course you have to do as single parent working PT in asda

Alot have been off with anxiety. I have neck dystonia and get anxiety occasionally due to low confidence but still have worked through it all. I had a week's holiday at end of march, obviously I couldn't go on. So just spent more time with my son.

He has only be able to go to his dad's while I'm working as my dad is diabetic and parents high risk. I don't like him to go there so much as his dad is still coercive and controlling towards me, but there's a court order and nobody else's house he could go to. He barely takes him out. Most of time on ps4 plus he's working from home the days he has to gave him while im working, but they need me more then. Glad when my parents will have him again. He is only meant to have him for a few hours we'd, usually after school. Then only fortnightly at weekends. He's having him two full days one week. Three the following when I go on a long run and catch up with housework and maybe see a friend outside sonewhere

I've been a lone parent for ten years. Since son 6mnths.left his dad due to DV. He tried to suffocate me with bag. Never got done when told police two years later the whole story. Been in two long relationship since but both emotionally controlling. Really want good father figure for my son who gets attached to people easy, like myself. We're both very loving people with gsoh, which really helps get you through bad times sometimes. His dad has tried twice to get him taken off me. Then had to admit his lies. I'm down as protection for son now, but still worry at times that I will get a call or knock on the door through his lies/controlling behaviour. Even though he's now married and she moved in at Xmas
