I've always been struggling with general tiredness and fatigue, headaches and fever, low energy levels and dizziness. For the longest time I had these issues frequently, like once a week or so. Now with the depression I'm always wondering if these physical symptoms are due to my mental health issues or a real medical condition....!! I've been trying to get an answer and still am. Hopefully I can get rid of this tiredness for good, soon!

Feeling Tired
Absolutely. I have iron deficiency but it's not a critical case, just a bit lower than the normal range. I have sleeping issues, I recently had insomnia for more than a month, then I finally started sleeping at the night but I ALWAYS wake up in the middle of my sleep and it's stressful, because when I wake up I still need more sleep and my sleep in interrupted and it takes me no less than an hour to fall back to sleep. Nevertheless, this tiredness I get has been an issue for years where many things were different, my sleep for example was much healthier. so, although it may seem obvious why I'm feeling tired, it's not could be anything or many things...
I did some tests for vitamins but not all the vitamins were included, I better get a medical check up...
What investigations have you had?
Have you had any blood tests for Antibodies? In particular Thyroid Antibodies?
Have a look on the Thyroid UK website & and search "symptoms of an Underactive Thyroid " on there.
Have you had Vitamin D levels tested and Vitamins B12 and B9 (Folate)?
Please read my replies to Bexxsy10
I didn't get a Thyroid test, but I had a Vitamin D test and I got the dose I needed. I also thought of vitamin B12. Definitely need a full medical check up!! Thank yooou
Have you written a full list of symptoms to show to your doctor?
I would definitely consider asking for Thyroid investigations especially for Thyroid Antibodies (TPO and TgAb) as well as Thyroid Function blood tests (FT3, FT4, TT4 and TSH).
I referred you to Bexxsy10 's post (the one on this Group) because I have just written a full list of what to ask for & do on there.
You could say to your doctor that you have so many symptoms of Hypothyroidism that you would like to eliminate or confirm Autoimmune Thyroiditis.
If you can't find her post you can click on my name and scroll down to 'replies'.
Ask your doctor for copies of your results (print outs).
PS
The hormone Thyroxine (T4 ) [which converts to Triiodythorinine (T3)] is needed by EVERY cell in the body.
Without an adequate supply of T4, no organ or part of the body can function properly, the metabolism is slowed.
So Hypothyroidism (Underactive Thyroid) causes many problems /symptoms/medical conditions :
tiredness, derpression, anxiety, fatigue, digestive problems, constipation, etc, etc . . .
Hashimoto's Autoimmune Thyroiditis is common. It is also the main cause of Hypothyroidism.
Replacement treatment is for life.
My doctors are pretty pants I have to say but I’m definitely going to ask now I can’t go on like this
Wow, that's amazing!! can't thank you enough for advising me!! I needed that! Be safe
Whatever is ailing you, hope you get diagnosed very soon.
PS
Just noticed 'fever' listed in your symptoms. Do you still have a fever? What's your temperature now?
Hopefully!!
No, whenever I feel tired I get a fever. Once the tiredness goes away my fever goes away without even taking any medications. As with headaches we usually get nausea! I get both nausea and a fever with my headaches :\
Do you feel all this is caused by Lock-down or worries regarding this virus
BOB
No actually I've had this tiredness for years
Have you any idea why this is happening.
Look at the time you go to bed, also what time do you get up each morning. If you fail to follow the routine of regular times for sleep that can cause problems
What time do you have supper, sometimes if we eat to late before bed that can cause problems.
As we get older we seem to not need as much sleep, how much sleep do you have each night. Your Doctor may be able to help you

I am ALWAYS tired too... i wonder if I have the chronic fatigue syndrome, but it seems that a constant state of anxiety causes this tiredness also.
What are you taking?
I think anxiety plays a role too!
