I feel weird when I hear or see somethings

So I’ve read that the pins and needles feeling is related to anxiety, I’ve experienced it but what I’m about to say doesn’t add up. I got a text from my boyfriend saying “I love you, ya know that?” And I got an immediate tingling through my body. This doesn’t make sense cause it didn’t make me anxious. I’m pretty aware of the possibly physiological reactions, if that’s the proper term, that my body experiences like when something angers me or sets me straight into a fit of feeling anxious and overthinking and insecure, my head gets hot. Things of that nature.

Frankly I don’t know what I’m getting at here, but I wondered if anyone experiences and/or can explain these sensations. It’s just so strange and depending on the situation or context it can really just make me think “okay this is serious if I’m feeling this”.

This seems like a scattered post but I can’t really think to straight about it

Its your bodies response to a strong emotional situation. Could be anxiety, but also fear or joy etc.
