Does anyone have waves of anxiety and depression during the day? U feel ok and then u do t?

This happens to me specially with anxiety, I can be working or watching tv and thee suddenly I feel this empines in my chest and the feelings of anxiety just soars

I have managed to take control of it by doing the breathing exercises that my therapist gave me, maybe you could search some online and practice them

I hope it helps you to deal with those anxiety waves, as for the depression ones I haven’t been diagnosed with depression before so I can’t help you with that sorry

Yes sometimes, they come on quite fast and I have to concentrate on various ways to control my feelings. Try Mindfulness Relaxation Techniques, or Diversions that will distract those thoughts.

Do you have any hobbies, they can help especially whens something you enjoy lightens your mood

I get paranoid and anxious seemingly out of nowhere. It's like a cage that I cannot escape. There's nothing I can really do to ease those feelings. I wait anxiously for the symptoms to pass. Every hour that goes by is time taken away from being productive, successful, and just being "normal". I become overwhelmed and slip into a deeper depression. I am with you, friend. I pray for the best for you.
