hey so recently ive been feeling much better (okay thats a lie) ive been feeling semi-better theres good days and bad days um ive stopped crying thank God! i had an anxiety attack recently but i handled it pretty well, i finally got over my ex i told him to suck it! i cut up his hoodie (i know sounds crazy but it helped believe it or not) it feels like im taking 10 steps forward and i am so happy!!! but i recently cut myself cause i lost control and i did it just to remind me that i am in control but yea thats it from me have a great day guys!
