Pain under ribcage

Has anyone’s anxiety caused right stomach pain under ribcage with bloating?

wow, I am actually dealing with this right now. My head jumps to the worst things.. appendix-gallbladder-etc. I know its just my anxiety causing this. Its not an actual pain. Its my head making this "pain" happen. I hope you are okay & know you are not alone!

Thank you. I appreciate. I’m actually thinking of going for an abdominal sonogram next week for my peace of mind. What do you think?

It couldn't hurt to have it checked out. At least you'll know if something's wrong. If not, then you'll have peace of mind. JMO

When you suffer anxiety and depression everything is ten times worse. I have to go and have biopsy on my tongue and I feel like I just want to die rather than find any strength to deal with this. So I can relate to you. Sending all my love. Xx

Yup! Not sure if my anxiety caused it, or if my anxiety caused digestive issues, which then caused the pain. It went away after i learnt to accept it though.

Yes! For me it's a panic attack symptom and happens a lot. You're not alone. I have other symptoms too but that's one of the more frequent ones I have.

Have your gallbladder checked out for peace of mind. I had an ultrasound that showed up fine, no gallstones, but then had a HIDA scan that showed my gallbladder function was really low. I promise, even if that's the case, it's nothing to be anxious about. I've had several abdominal surgeries and having my gallbladder removed was the easiest one I've ever had. It was so nice to wake up and not have the pain anymore. It helped the anxiety it caused too because I thought the pain had to be cancer or something equally as bad because of how painful it was.
