Chopped off a chunk of my finger at work today. Man I’m in a lot of pain.

I was cutting bread to make croutons at work. Next thing I know is my finger was bleeding really bad. It bled for 2 1/2 hours. I just wrapped it up and kept working

Have you entered this in your companies accident book ?, you need to do that and it will also need to be examined by the First Aid Representative. If not the case you need it cleaned and covered for several days to allow it to heal.

In the past I would bite my nails and make a bad job of cutting my toe nails, with the latter it used to make the nail in grow and it would become infected.
