Feeling blah

Hey guys. I had like five days in a row where I feel ok. Not perfect, but doable. Then I got sick with a stomache infection, acid reflux, and possible gallbladder issues. I just want to feel good. It feels like I get a taste of good and then bam! Knocked off me horse. 🤦

Frustrating. I hope you’re feeling better now. A therapist told me after going through something similar that “ you need to accept it and ride the wave. It will go up (pain, symptoms, cravings) and it will come back down.”
