Feeling good by David Burns I heard is great for depression! I haven’t bought it yet but I will be soon 😊
I found that books by Brene Brown( PhD Social Worker) are helpful too.
The Mindful Way through Depression. Freeing yourself from chronic unhappiness. Certainly helped me.
