I feel horrible
Get a second opinion and you’re not alone a lot of people have to go mobile doctors to have someone to leave you that what you’re going through
I would definitely get a second opinion. Depression can be an onset from other mental illnesses so you could have more than depression. If you do feel you can't cope do talk to someone. I know how that feels and you are not alone no matter how alone you feel.
Hope you find some answers very soon 😊
Hang in there. No matter what u are valued
Hi there, you are not alone with these types of experiences with mental health professionals. it makes it very hard to continue to seek out help from them (I haven't in awhile). My last trip around the panic attacks, suicidal ideation "merry" go round (with plan and less than a mile away from the highest bridge in the region WHICH I TOLD THEM),... led me to uber to a crisis center. I, along with the other only seemingly lucid person (she had been transported by AMBULANCE from another hospital) were simply led out the front door and told, "good luck" as we weren't depressed either (I guess, accordingly to the asshat "psychiatrist" or whoever she was). Apparently you have to arrive doing the thorazine shuffle and otherwise unable to string together a complete sentence to get treatment (and pee in a cup). Everyone else was in a zombie like state. It was disheartening. Was also told that even if I had professional obligations that I could not reschedule and wanted to do the day program, I could not do so. HUH? Like, thanks for the "help." So annoying. My ramblings are to let you know that you are not alone in seeking help from mental health "professionals" and being slapped around like a rag doll. Please continue to seek relief from your condition, whether it be here, counseling/therapy, psychiatrist and meds, reading, writing, listening to music... whatever it takes. Best of luck.
