Just don't know

I am confused if my antidepressants not working, because I get bored, lonely and sometimes anxious! Or rather the COVID 19 virus has something to do with it.

COVID-19 has probably added to your overall anxiety. I know it definitely has for me. A friend of mine, who takes Zoloft, recently had to up her dosage due to the recent added stress.

Antidepressants are tricky things, they're not a magic cure that makes the world flowery and perfect, there are still bad and dark days. If you wanna talk, you can always drop me a message 😊

I agree! But before I got on them I cried every day, felt lost, empty, useless, couldn't go to work, anxious and feel like I was losing my mind! O was in a very dark place. I didn't even have a reason to be depressed! I had everything going for me, money, friends, good job, then the depression came out of no where. I tried getting off after years, but I go back to that dark scary place!

Oh yes, I think once ur on them, ur on them for life because honestly I don't know how people cope without them 😅😅 and depression does not need a big reason, it can be set off by the tiniest thing even if everything else is great. My triggers are tiny but once they happen, that's it, I can be out of it for weeks.. Though antidepressants do make it much more bearable and manageable 😊
