Is there any permanent relief to anxiety to the any corner of World

Hi.

Yes there is permanent solution for anxiety as people say, I myself are example though I’m not there yet but I believe I will.

I had my burnout last year, it did hit me terrible, I was scared all the time panic attack anxieties all the time, I left everything behind my job my business my friends,

As I’m writing I have ten months but I’m far from nine months ago I have improved a lot I don’t have much of anxiety I now can control them, you know do something here and there cook do some yoga, that’s what I’m doing mostly, and keeping this and talking with people I’m sure it will disappear.

So start doing something you like and try not to think try not to feel guilty,

AFAIK there is no true permanent solution in the form of a drug or therapy. It's an ongoing process of managing the condition and your reaction to events that trigger it.

I see from your profile that you have tried a few therapies - were any vaguely helpful?

Hi there, I'm sorry you are feeling anxiety right now. I agree with one of the replies that there is no "permanent" solution. There are definitely ways to cut down on the anxiety and the effect that it has on your life. Let us know if you'd like some suggestions. There is a permanent solution but I best not mention it (lol). Best of luck.

My dear, there is no need (nor the possibility ) for anything permanent in life. I know too well how unpleasant it can be. But only highly sensitive people get to be anxious. Think about it. Highly sensitive people feel more intense depression and anxiety, but also joy and moments of happiness .When attacks of unpleasant sensations happen, simply accept them with calm, if possible . They will pass. I do not know how old you are, but surely you understand that life cannot be all about being happy, all the time. In my experience, acceptance is the way to make happy days outnumber the other ones. Do meditation every day, it helps a lot.
