I haven't felt true happiness in days and am withdrawing more and more from my fiancé. I don't even want to talk to him, or anyone for that matter, anymore. I don't know what to do to get back to my 'normal' self and am feeling entirely helpless and lost.

Hi, I am sorry you feel so bad.
It is not easy to handle such feelings.
maybe you could try to fulfil your basic needs: drink and eat enough, get enough sleep and some sun.
I often like to think that we are like plants when we feel bad.
If you feel any better you could try to make something satisfying, like clean, ordering, take care of yourself (bathing, beauty mask,...), or just wait for the feeling to pass: looking TV or sleeping.

bluebaker22 I urge you to believe in yourself. you were created with a purpose. you are valuable. you were created with special talents. focus on them. I too have anxiety. it gets ugly sometimes. but we need to try to stay positive and use that negative energy as good thoughts/energy. it helps me hope it does too my friend. I believe in you and that you can do this.
