Hi, this is my first time posting her as i am having anxiety, I'm very worried and can't do anything but to cry.

we can't go to hospitals due to the virus my mom has a health issue to be specific about her bowel movement, and I'm scared that it would be more sinister she can't booked a colonoscopy yet due to the virus we are in a total lockdown now.

Hi, welcome to our forum. Our members are kind and courteous because we are in this together. It is natural to feel stressed by the C-19 environment which threatens our physical and mental health. Health unlocked has a forum called Positive Wellbeing During Self Isolation which I can recommend to you and your mum for ideas to cope. Anxiety is a symptom of the stress you feel so it's important to seek help from a mental health professional if the self help ideas are not working. For the time being it's okay to sit with your feelings and wait out the worst of them. Think of anxiety like 🏄a wave. It builds and builds, reaches its biggest point, crashes onto the sand and finally arrives on the beach. Our members come from all parts of the world so we can be available 24/7 for you. Keep well and stay safe.

Hello, i am so sorry your dealing with the anxiety due the coronavirus, I started with it few days ago, after few years of recovering. I feel you and i've read many posts too and you are not alone on this; We are all that on it, scared, anxious. If you want to read my last post of why i started feeling like this and why i am doing to try to handle it you can do it.

And sorry about your mom too, i don't know if her condition is very serious at the moment but if it isn't i think you should try to calm and think that it is probably risker if she leaves the house because you know the more vulnerable are people who have other pathologies and unfortunately the hospitals are the focus of infection at the moment.

So try to see the possibilities and stop thinking the worst because that is gonna make you more anxious, remember that's the problem with anxiety, don't feed it more. Take care of you and your mom!!! Be strong. If you need someone to talk, i am here.
