Hi. I know it is hard to find self-care at times. For me I use daily hygiene as a good way to start the day (ie showering, brushing my teeth) But what really helps I listen to a anxiety podcast in which the podcaster really helps identify my challenges, I also use music, adult coloring, other craft projects. I really try to journal but it is hard to do some days
I’ve been sleeping a lot. Too much actually. I do daily hygiene like every other day maybe two. I finally did my hair yesterday though after not doing it for two weeks...I eat when I get hungry though. Most of the time.

Well with five kids its a bit difficult...but I make sure I have at least an hour to myself to reach the Bible, listen to music, take a shower or put make on. Its so important to get some down time, I learned that the hard way :).
I'm trying to exercise more, practice yoga each day, go out and take a walk. I find that just moving and doing something helps with the general cabin fever.
