Hey I’m new here, and I’m looking for some support. I’m trying to find the best path for myself when everything seems to be crumbling underneath me. I’m looking for some good teletherapy options too that won’t break the bank. I suffer from anxiety, depression, ocd, ptsd, and addiction... I’m a ball of fun :/

What a horrible load you have to carry, I would definitely recommend therapy, go on line and see if you can find one in your area that specializes in your illnesses. I have a wonderful therapist, I used to go to her office, but now because of covd19 we do telephone talk. If you have ins. it should help pay for the visits, check with your ins. co.
