First thing in the morning
1 I repeat to myself, I have a strong healthy immune system, I am immune from any illness. I do this 10 times.
This creates the feelings in your body and mind.
2. I then make the sound AHH over and over again for 10 to 20 minutes.
3. At night before going to sleep, I give thanks and gratitude to the life force within me. For keeping me healthy and immune.
4. I repeat the sound ome over and over again with gratitude for 10 to 20 minutes.
