Even when I feel trapped whether it be from fear, pain, insecurity, loneliness or anxiety I can always count on is another way thru the dark to the light calmness, sunlight, warm hug feeling from a bubble bath or cuppa something warm or my favourite get outside and walk with dogs... I may not see this at the time but luckily the dogs make it noisy if we donβt go at least 1 time/day.πΆπΌ

I took this because it gave me hope that there is always a path not taken or something you have not tried to stop whatever is nagging you, always another way of beating the crap that spins making you feel crappy always another strategy to learn so you can communicate better, react better and think positive more often. Just keep hope alive and your mind open.
