So I’m feeling anxiety today in metro. Anyone here? Please send support. Might be due to adderrall I took.

When I take adderall it always amps up my anxiety, especially on the come down. Try and take some time for yourself if you can, i know life can get hectic and sometimes you just need to do things for yourself instead of others.

Hi Dolphin.

I am sorry you are so anxious . It is probably the .adderall. I don’t take that but I do notice that even if I take my meds later one day and the next day I get up earlier and take them, I feel jittery or amped up. It is best if I am more consistent.

Maybe it will wear off soon.

The higher you climb the further you fall. Yes there very uncomfortable coming down. Go for a jog try and get some sleep.
