Good evening everybody just figured I'd drop a few lines and let y'all know how I'm doing. I want to thank all of you that have helped me in the last four or five months. I have kind of had to turn around and I've been doing very well with new meds feel like my old self once again. But I will stay on the site to help pass the good word that we can do this. I am living proof that things can get better so I hope you all are doing well and have a good night

Worriedman, nothing makes me happier than seeing a positive post.

It is so important for others to know that there can be a happy ending.

That the sun will come out again after the rain.

It happened for me as well after struggling for many years with Anxiety.

I promised myself that when I did find myself again, I would pass it forward

which is exactly what you are doing.
