Feeling very alone and invisible today.... want it to stop!

Got out of the house this morning to multitask walk the dogs this morning... I needed cream for my morning coffee ☕️ I needed to stop the spin cycle of crap running thru my head and figured walk the dogs so I did not have to go out while it’s snowing 😟 by myself... so 2 out 3 accomplished. My brain is just spinning with every ugly thought possible and it won’t stop! I just feel so insignificant and pretty much invisible like the only ones who would notice if I was not home would be the dogs...

I’m not sure what I can do to remedy this I go out and the wide open spaces, quiet and tranquility just make me more aware of how small, insignificant and alone I am. I stay in and try to distract myself and once again I feel walls closing in on me and wonder what’s the point of doing anything? It’s all just a distraction from spinning crap which appears is the constant theme today... I am trying hard to be grateful but just can’t seem to see the forest for all the trees... I guess after so many great days I am bound to have a sad day...

I took a picture not because it’s a special place but I thought others may derive pleasure from fresh snow on evergreens... 🙂 I can not even appreciate this today... my pain is back as well so dealing with it all at once is making it very difficult. 😔 waiting till 11am to take a bath - smartmeters...

Not really getting scheduled stuff done and going to bed... tired of going thru motions really...

in reply to CanuckAnon

I understand. I've dropped the f bomb 20 times already today. It is my motivating mantra of the day.

Seems to be more proactive to wtf is the point... which appears to be mine

Enjoy your nap, if possible. Sometimes a little sleep can help me re-boot and say, "ok this is the official start of the day"

The deep healing of anxieties starts by aclknowledging the emotions you feel. Your body is trying to tell you something. Perhaps it is time to start listening. The fear of being along stems from feelings inside of us we suppress that we deem as "uncomfortable".

The way to conquer your fears is to face them and sit with them.

The next time you are alon, embrace it. Sit in a meditative state and open yourself up to these negative emotions. Feeeeeel them. With every inch of your body. Where are they? Why are they here? What is the universe trying to tell you? Explore and be curious.

Spend 15 minutes a day doing this. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, down into your belly slowly and keep exploring and feeling these sensations. At the end of every session, make notes of what you have found out. What is your body trying to tell you?

When I had my anxieties, I found out, through same proces that I was overwhelming my mind with toxic information and that I was uncertain about my relationship, I was oppressing these feelings and it was causing me a lot of deep pain.

Is there area of your life that is troubling you? Relationship? marriage? illness? do you feel stuck in any area? Your professional life perhaps?

Sometimes body sends us signals through our emotions to let us know we are out of touch with our deeper wisdom and our values. Regain your strength and regain your control. You are in control. Depression can be cured in 99.99% cases. SOme people have neurological injury, I am pretty sure that is not you.

Much love !!

May also be lack of serotonin. You could try looking into St.John's Wort tincture or 5-HTP. However these can only be taken when NOT on antidepressants and not together.

Both can stimulate serotonin acumulation. Perhaps give it a try?

CanuckAnon profile image
CanuckAnon in reply to Michalbaner

I am well aware of serotonin effect on moods and natural remedies and their interaction with prescription meds I don’t take. I am pure CBD and THC only. thx for suggestion 🙂

I think this is just a crappy day after a string of really awesome ones! It’s like being amplified by the early return of pain from its nerve block vacation plus some emotional stuff I’m trying to “manage”.

Sometimes crap just hits you all at once making it feel like something’s gotta give as I can’t deal with emotional stuff and pain. I am making the choice right now to shut the emotional door tight and just deal with pain. Going to bed after laundry is done is fine by me...

Do you have a "Happy Light"? I would check on Amazon and order one. It is very good for that kind of weather.

Happy light made me laugh ... thanks. Usually the only happy light I need is the brewing button on coffee maker.😊 I am not effected by seasons like some... I’m used to not much daylight in winter...

I understand.

The trees with the footprints in the snow do look lonely. Sorry to hear the pain relief you have only lasts a few days. You sound so independent and wanting to manage everything by yourself that may be you are trying to prove you are an adult and don't need family support but family really want to know about what is going on. I don't know whether you are on a ketogenic diet which can help with some brain injuries in both adult and children. I notice you like cream in your coffee so may be you need fats to sustain and give you energy. John Hopkins University was one of the pioneers of ketogenic diet. Mood swings after an accident may continue and this is not be necessarily under your control so though you are managing to function the weekends with company must be something to look forward to but being on your own in pain must feel lonely. There is

bound to advice on how the ketogenic diet may help people even if they don't have an injury in your country. Hope you better tomorrow. Those pups need real cuddles and will worry about you if you don't talk to them. Take care. Lovely photos. Thanks for letting us into your world with photos.😃😃🐧🐴👣🦈🚜🌄😃😃

I eat what I feel like.. follow no diet plans. I like meat, fish, bacon, veggies, GF pasta/bread, dairy. I don’t like coffee without cream but take tea black. My family is not overly supportive. My mom hands out money in lieu of dealing with emotion... I manage stuff myself... always have.

The keto diet cuts down bread and pasta but relies on fats and proteins to burn your metabolism. You could eat mushrooms tomatoes green vegetables and still eat strawberries and double cream. Normally we use glucose from carbohydrate foods for energy. With little glucose the body burns fats instead of carbohydrates. There is a brill website -

bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide...

The BBC goodfood.com website shows the medical applications for the medical aspects of ketogenic diet. The mood swings may be triggered by your emotions and by from an accident. I get it about your mum giving you a bit of dosh to help but it helps buy protein and fat foods and low calorie carb fruit which is expensive and can help. There is research to show that certain cereals are high in the B vitamins especially Kellogg's complete wheat bran. Tyrosine in cheese can help your mood . However tho you cut out bread pasta potato and root vegetables legumes high sugar fruits and milk sugar in milk you can still have cream and enjoy your food with hard cheese rather than soft cheese. The diet has been used for years to help epilepsy. Some depression and moods are an underlying response to the brain . Knowledge empowers you towards better health without resorting to supplements. Have you looked at myfooddata.com nutrient tool with foods to give you the daily requirement of vitamins and minerals?

It has reshaped my diet. Omega 3 oils and fatty acids help protect the myelin sheath of nerves.

Very cold with gale force winds as we live near the coast. Hope puppies thriving. Are you still in pain ? The recipes on the website look can something I could do!

I have a 100% gluten/wheat free and as close as possible lactose free diet now. I eat real homegrown organic as in locally sourced 85% in winter, summer/fall it’s 100%. I know where, how it was raised. What it was fed, what it’s name was if not wild when it was harvested by whom if not me it was harvested by and how it was harvested if not by me.

Thanks for the link I will check it out.... 😊

in reply to CanuckAnon

Wheat bran does not contain gluten. The idea that gluten and wheat are the only proteins in wheat which can cause a response when there are different types of proteins in wheat alone without other grains like rice and maize shows how little is known about food by some specialists and nutritionists. Can see you are nearly on the ketone diet which helps people with weight problems as well as other difficulties.

Can't send you piccy screen locked.

I’m sicker than anything and in blinding pain when I eat wheat or gluten. I will not even attempt to eat them... I accidentally ate it last week and was sicker than anything - went to bed on morphine when I finally stopped throwing up.... I have many alternatives for protein....

in reply to CanuckAnon

Well then you may have celiac disease and need tests from gp

CanuckAnon profile image
CanuckAnon in reply to

Or I could avoid complex carbs like gluten and lactose. I really hate tests and doctors poking... so if I have it then I do but not much in my world will change if I get get another label... it’s not my primary concern.

in reply to CanuckAnon

Get them done independently . It has changed my life .

in reply to CanuckAnon

Guess you have had tests finger prick from self test kit for food intolerance .you can get over 60 food tests done from Amazon com and other vitamin tests which are sent to a lab and results returned by free post. This is a luxury and I paid for one grandchild who has over 40 different allergies several moderate ones with peanut wheat rye barley dairy both casein and lactose and maize and rice.

The peanut allergy has different ramifications as other nuts such as almonds and walnuts cross react with birch pollen.

Any thing you want such as supplements and tests you have to pay for and if you need Q10 cream or special skin preparations why don't you ask mum?

I do not send my DNA over the Internet... I have an allergist for this. I am an extreme medical privacy person... I do not need anyone outside my doctors labs to have my DNA. Balms/Creams are not fun stuff... if I could get a “make-over” or if they came with ridiculous gift with purchase then maybe she would go for it... she equates legal pot dispensaries with adult stores... she is way old school... I accepted this long ago... I manage for myself....

in reply to CanuckAnon

Have you seen Neck Relax online. It looks good for neck pain and tension on offer at moment .

search breakthroughtrend.com . Am a great believer in ultrasound and infrared for pain treatment for neck and spine. Can see how independent you are with results and privacy. You are a great person . Just hope your mood will improve as being alone and feeling remote can add to anxiety and depression. Hope puppies don't pull on your neck and shoulder when they take you for a walk ┌(・。・)┘♪
