What we think in our head with thoughts daily can be a very powerful thing. Positive and negative, (love or fear) cannot occupy our minds at the same time. So choose positive and love. With all the infinite possibilities out there we can be strong and decide what we want best for our selves and health.
God bless

Great post, Marc. Well said, and I agree. I hope your affirmations and wise advice are taken to heart and used widely within the group. Thank you for sharing.
There are often times I get set backs. Yes I go back to my old negative thinking. Its sometimes a battle with myself. But i try my best to keep moving forward to keep thinking postive things in my mind. I decided to custom made all the cbt skills I learned mostly from books and YouTube videos that I like. I write it on paper and keep in a folder. And I constantly try to condition myself to read it and believe in it. I stop watching tv news, shows that is negative. I am seeing a family therapist over a year but I'm not getting much results from him. Some cbt, emdr. He sent me to a psychiatrist I did not like him. Only wanted me to take antidepressants, anti anxiety or anti physcotic meds. Not the direction I want go. I don't like feeling the bad side effects. It's not easy dealing what we are all going through. Keep putting good, loving thoughts in our minds, and I believe negative and fear will lessen. God bless
Anxiety setbacks for me happens alot and it sucks. I may be ok a week or 2 then I get hit hard with bad symptoms/ moods for days, like right now and it's draining, frustrating and scared. But like i said before we have to stay positive and keep moving forward and trust in the process of getting better. Even on those bad days (setbacks) keep planting those seeds so later we will reap the benefits later in those future days to come, Til the setback days will be less and less. I've learned with the road to recovery has no time limit with anxiety is not linear, theirs definitely up and downs. Being consistent is important.
