Yes it’s like the expression no pain no gain eh? You learn from both positive and negative experiences so why limit yourself to discarding bad for good only. I think facing bad head on not only helps give u confidence but also reaffirms the good you experience after battling the bad...

Great message btw! Healing does take support but it also requires that 1 critical step... asking for help and reaching out for it!!! 😊☀️🌷
