I am usually really anxious about work on Tues and Thurs night. I woke up with anxiety so listened to weightless to go back to sleep to get my usual amount of sleep. It worked so I got some good rest. I walked on the treadmill for an hour today. I have been visualising being at work but I imagine myself feeling relaxed and confident. I feel less anxiety tonight. It's a lot of work for what feels like a little bit of progress but progress none the less.
