I think I know how you feel, been there a few times, even tried to "off" myself, got caught!!!

Yes life can get pretty rough at times and we do not know what to do. Truth is we need Help. Do you have a therapist, if not please search one out. Also talk to your Dr. you are probably very depressed and a course of antidepressants could be a big help. I can remember the feeling it is awful and frightening, there is a crisis No. you can call 24/7 give them a call at 988. Look in your phone book thee maybe one close by you can call. It is all kept private, so do not be afraid.
