Give yourself an optimistic explanation of now.
It’s ok to feel this. Right now matters not the past or the future, I will be present in the moment.
I tell myself these feelings are just my brain’s biological way to try and protect itself, but that is not reality. My therapist has suggested to think of my depression as a separate entity from the real me and to use words like I think this instead of I feel this because it’s easier to change what you think than what you feel.
Name the emotion, do not use pessimistic explanations and broaden my education. Out of faith, praise and thank God each step of the way! Use optimism and good will.
