I, myself am caught up in a messy situation and am forgetting to take care of myself. That's toxic behavior.
I'm determined to correct this!
*Just take care of yourself. Don't ignore your mind. If you need to eat but aren't hungry, eat something small, if you need to rest, lay down, if you need to retreat, then you should, if you need to cry, let it out, if you need to sleep, then you should. I need to remind myself of this all the time.
I donβt have the luxury to lay down when I need to sometimes. I work 7 days a week due to financial concerns. When I can I grab some extra sleep. I have 3 PM- Midnight shifts 5 days a week. At night, I listen to music I like to get me thru my shifts.
U did not offend me at all. U gave great advice. Music is so important in my life. And where I work, they play elevator music that I need to compete with lol π
Hi. Good to see you on this post. Hope U at doing OK. Hugs π€ S

Thank you for this Swilly79!! I forgot to eat today and itβs late afternoon! Iβm cooking Pasta for dinner so I plan to overcompensate for the deficit in calories. π Great post!
That's just what I'm doing, but after a good night's sleep, after breakfast, I nod off again. It's not my eyelids drooping; it's my brain going wobbly and giving up. I don't know what's causing it.
That's what I'm doing. However, after a good night's sleep, I'm getting up in the morning feeling refreshed and then after breakfast I nod off. It's not eyelids drooping kind of nodding off, it's my brain going kind of wobbly and then giving up. It's like having a second sleep. Bright daylight, TV on, reading emails but I can't stay awake.
I love little naps if I can get them. I typically need quiet which I don't get a lot of lol. Hell, I'm/my brain is tired right now and my eyelids feel droopy so I understand.
It's hard even though I know it's true. I tried getting a service dog when I first got out of the Army but it didn't work. Thank goodness for me that I have pets and other vets. If you ever with the vent let me know.
