Feel like I'm going to be stuck this way for ever, I'm really trying everything to. Accept, distract, but I cant get away from the physical symptoms... I honestly dont believe that this is all anxiety, the doctors just rush you in and out, and feel that they have missed something... I'm going to be stuck this way forever, or worse.
Everyone says, just hang in there... I have been hanging for so long.

I do have a upcoming appointment with a new psychiatrist. Been waiting for almost 2months, and really hoping that they can come up with something.
I'm also planning on getting in with a new primary dr. Its just such a long process, and had so many disappoints.
Right now my emotions are so out of control, that I don't know what to think, and need to get stabilized, but so afraid that something is wrong. Having dizziness and other problems every day, all day, and cant get any relief.
I know what you mean! I have a Dr appointment next week so I have written down the 3 main things a need to ask and I'm prepared to pay for some tests myself. I don't want to feel like this forever either so I'm taking control of what I feel I can, my best wishes to you 💛
Thank you, I'm really hoping to get lucky. Ive had quite a few tests. But I honestly feel like they are to quick to dismiss everything to anxiety. Or they determine that , I'm not dying at the moment, so nothing to be done. Meanwhile the symtoms keep going.
I know exactly what you mean, I think you have to keep at them, one bit at a time until you find out what's wrong. I agree sometimes things can be missed when Dr thinks everything is anxiety, 💛
When you get to your new primary don't talk about your anxiety, just tell about your physical symptoms that way he or she will send you to do physical tests.
