I have constant feelings of derealization mostly in the evenings. I feel detached from outside world and feel like its not me who's doing something like i don't exist. Its very upsetting and depressing feeling. Anybody going through this? Need help!

I think you should see a Therapist, I know is difficult to do nothing in a world who expects us to be doing something all the time.

I do too. It used to bother me.. even scare me a bit. But mine has been going on constantly for so long I’ve kinda just had no choice but to accept this as my new normal.

I keep meaning to mention this to my therapist. I’m just not sure there is much they can do to stop it.. other than what we already work on in therapy.

Hi Ashfaren,

I hope you are doing well. I get a similar feeling in the daytime. Daytime seems to be a surreal time where I don't have a place that feels comfortable, or where I belong. I know what you mean when you say you feel like you don't exist. Its very isolating and lonely. My heart goes out to you and know you are not alone.
