Wow! I totally feel you on that! As I have OCD and have had it affect me in very similar ways! It always feels so good to know that I am not alone in my struggles and that there are others who understand.....and that’s why this Forum is helping me so much. Thank you for posting this! 👍
Hi
I am the, same but different if you know what i mean .. i have to have everything in the right order and if they are not and someone has moved them ...this is when i panick i think that if they are not right something else in my life wont be right i get, really annoyed at my,family for moving things if my placemats on my table are not in order or they are not placed, the same i will have to go over to my table and move them to make sure they match it might only be a inch out but i will still have to move them another thing i have is going to my front and back door to make sure they are locked before i go to bed but its not just once, that i check it can be between 3 and 6 times i go back and check them
I really wish i wasn't like this but i have tried not to check my doors but i toss, and turn in bed till i have to go ans check them
