Slow walk

I went out for a walk with my dog. It felt great. Wanted to share a pic. Does it look cold? Well its 30 degrees. I have a lot on my mind. But I realize I need to wait on these things. I’m not good at waiting. I’m deliberately slowing myself down, no rushing to get to the next moment the now is everything; everything in the now is how it should be or it wouldn’t be.

Waiting is hard i understand but in a way it’s good imo. If we got everything we wanted all at once It could be overwhelming and would we really appreciate it? Slow still gets the job done. 😊 Happy day to you!

I get is Kenster!! I'm not in Scotland but I do know how cold it get's up there having been to Inverness once. We had to keep the heating on throughout the night as it was so cold ! Brrrr...... Gemma x

inverness is amazing went up two summers ago and to Nairn yeah it was still cold then.

You are right, remember the story of the tortoise and the hare, tortoise won the race.

Over twenty years ago, I learnt to live in the moment, it is wonderful, so freeing, that is all I do is concentrate on the moment, like I am just now.

Thank you for the photo, just think those bare trees, will take their time and slowly bud out, then bring forth their leaves in their time in nature.

That is amazing how you have re interpreted the past and realized you can't change it but you are moving on. Think people who talk about you in front of you as if you weren't there should be avoided. Those relatives who are 2 faced can be nasty splitting up the family. Looking forward to Spring .

It is yeah... there are trails and a nature center with the woods ... only a few minutes driving to get there.
