Procrastination paralyzes

Clutter overwhelms

Silence deafens

Thoughts repeat

Sleep eludes

As day is night and night is day.

Thank you so much. Don't be sorry. It's part of anxiety and depression. Sometimes it helps me to be able to express my thoughts and feelings. I only hope it helps others too.
