Get Out The House More And Adapt

Sometimes the best thing we can do is get out !!!!! We have to overcome the feeling of wanting to stay in . When I stay I don’t like the energy of my home . So I tell all my buddy’s that I’d rather be somewhere boring than inside my house because it’s not a HOME to me just a place I stay . I’m blessed to have a house but it’s not a home. I always feel better when I’m away from home . I’m very antisocial but I try to be social long as it’s a topic I like . Never pay attention to the negative thoughts. Try to turn whatever makes you happy into a HOBBY OR HABIT .... I tell myself everyday to focus on the good and not the bad . Like I really can ignore anyone who is negative ... I want all of you to think big and better . You’re gonna be better one day TRUST ME !!!!!!! My anxiety improved a little bit over the years so will yours .

Wonderful! Yeah, it feels good to always go out. A walk in the park, see some beautiful scenery, see nature. Feel the fresh air. Go to a beach or just hang out with close friends do helps a lot. :)

It is good to get out. There was a time I couldn't do it.

But, for me, there's no place like home. This is my safety spot:)

Wow this post is 4 years old. I can look back on that and tell you I'm even better than I was then.

But... I still love my safety spot.

It's a tough world out there. I try to keep myself away from negativity as much as I can.

I'm sorry about you experiencing so much hurt. Have you tried to set boundaries with these people that hurt you? Don't let someone degrade you, they have no right to do this to you.
