Good Morning! I'm trying to check-in with my supports more often as part of my recovery plan. It's been a while since I checked-in with healthunlocked. I'm doing okay except my sleep schedule is bit off. I'm going to bed too early and waking up WAY too early. I will probably have to adjust my med schedule.
ANYWAY! enough about me, how are you all doing?
I hope everyone has strength and courage in any anxiety/depression they may face today.

Sounds like you are on the right track, adjust your med's to about 1 hour before bed, it is recommended we go about 10 pm - 10 30 pm. We usually benefit by 8 hours of sleep, some can get by on 7 others need 10, so track yourself and find out what you need, then sick to a schedule. I am doing great thank you for asking.
