2. Journal, Note (For Mental Health): It is essential for you to keep tracking your thoughts and opinions inside your chest because nothing and no one could be the substitute for this. And writing any of your feeling or something you want to write in your paper is also a cool method for depression!
3. Exercise (Sports, Walk, Hike, and Push-Up) (For Mental Health): Fitness is precious because it keeps you have Serotonin like sunshine does to change your mood and hormones!
4. Sleep, Medicine, Breathe, and Meditation (For Mental Health): They will help you get relaxed for a long time in the day with peace!
5. Water (For Mental Health): Hydration is essential for your body because 70% of our body is made of water so that it gives you needed energy!
6. Nuts, Fish, Apple, Orange, and Banana (For Mental Health): They provide you needed nutrients. Taking Omega 3 gives some energy too!
7. Social Activity (For Mental Health): Things like going outside to get experiences keeps you away from depression, anxiety, and also autism too! (But sometimes try avoiding SNS.)
8. Music (Classical either) (For Mental Health): Tunes like music and the sounds of nature positively affects your brain to take a rest for the moment you do them!
9. Click-To-Donate sites (FreeRice) (For Mental Health): This one is good for you to kill your time sometimes or increase your confidence and take away your boredom by solving word quizzes without any money! At the same time, you can support the people in need little by little!
10. 333 Method, Creating Favourites List (For Anxiety, Depression In Order): First of all, 333 method grounds your mind in one of the quickest way of taking your anxiety off. Process is below!
1. Find and name 3 things you see
2. Find and name 3 things you hear
3. Find and name 3 things you smell
Also try creating your own favourites list. You can include music, films, books, and even games as much as and whatever you want. It will make you recall own fond memories and moments!
11. Religion, Counselling (For Mental Health): Both 2 things are quite helpful to people who have medium to severe depression. If you believe in any religion, keep your faith by that. And counselling makes you open your heart to someone leading to getting your pain off of your chest!
