Why do you feel the way do, Life is like being at School, we are here to learn so life is what you make it, we need to be able to learn Life Lessons and sometimes this can be uncomfortable.

Why do your feel the way you do.

I always liked school myself. Especially high school. But your analogy is spot on. I agree. Whether one likes school or not, one must learn. Either book smarts or street smarts; preferably a combination of both. Yeah, life sucks and then you die. Not the most pleasant thought, eh? Might as well make the most of it, enjoy yourself however you can and legally get away with it. Or don't get caught otherwise.

The short end of a stick, why beat yourself up. Life is to short.. You can of course make a walking stick with the short end of the stick. At least that would prevent a fall

Hell yeah it can do that to you at times. Sometimes you just have to look around at how overwhelming it is and just check out for awhile. Sit back and let everything wait. Except the guy bringing the weed. He's primary. Or whatever helps you just sit and relax for even a little bit. Get yourself bent and daydream, go to that happy place with that special person. That'll take your mind off the crappy life we all must endure. I personally do not believe that money does not make one happy. Perhaps not laugh out loud happy but it does smooth the path of life very well. And allows one to even dictate the path to take to some extent. But unless an elderly relative remembers you when you were a young one and leaves you their estate you're stuck with every working class Joe and Jody to get another day behind you. The older I got (63 now) the more I got so sick and tired of monotonous jobs; same thing, every freaking day. UGH!! I retired from trucking after about 35 yrs. and "luckily" got Social Security Disability. Now they're paying for all those years I spent breaking my body to support my wife and myself. All kinds of expensive tests I certainly could never afford. Plus free meds. Life is never all roses, there are thorns. But you know that as well. Retirement was just about time. Even though I spent many hours on the road, different scenery and conditions, kept me alert and busy scanning the roadway while my music blasted throughout the cab. Still, after awhile even that got boring. I don't know what my dream job would be, do you? Just think, what would you like to do for a job, to get up every morning and think Great! I can't wait to get to work. In all my days I don't think I've ever been so enthusiastic. Well, unless the new girl looked really...interesting. Work is boring. Face it. Unless you're doing something that YOU like and not what someone thinks you should do.
